Webtexo provides Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) including but not limited to:

  • Marketing intelligence and segmentation tools
  • Custom integration and development services

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation: To access our Services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

3.3 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use our Services.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our Services to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or violate anti-spam laws

5.2 Payment Terms: Payments are due as specified in your invoice. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.

5.3 Refunds: All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law.

5.4 Credits: Message credits and API credits do not expire but are non-transferable and non-refundable.

6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

6.1 Uptime: We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our platform. Enterprise customers receive dedicated SLA agreements.

6.2 Support: Support is provided based on your service tier. Enterprise customers receive 24/7 priority support.

6.3 Maintenance: Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.

7. Data Privacy and Security

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our Services complies with applicable data protection laws, including obtaining necessary consents from message recipients.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Rights: All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, documentation, and trademarks, belong to Webtexo or our licensors.

8.2 Your Content: You retain ownership of content you submit through our Services. You grant us a license to use, process, and transmit this content as necessary to provide the Services.

8.3 Restrictions: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from our Services.

9. Limitation of Liability
